After payment is made and received  by the company, the order will be prepared and sent to the specified address by courier within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Any orders created, but not paid for are reserved for you and stored for 5 calendar days starting from the order date. If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be removed from the reserve.

To become a Coral Club Member, you need to be referred by another club member. If you don't have a referral, our Auto-Select system will assign you an experienced Mentor based on your geographic location.

In order to become a Coral Club independent distributor, you need to be referred by an existing distributor and purchase a Distributor Kit. After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

Dear consumers and distributors, from 2021, new rules for international orders to the UK and Channel islands have come into force.

When ordering a product, you need to pay:

• customs duty, which ranges from 12% to 20% of the order value, if the parcel is more expensive than £135 (~€155);
• customs fee for cargo release services of £12 (~€14) if the duty-free limit is exceeded.
• For Channel Islands there`s also a GST tax from 5% to 22% (depending on destination island) of an order amount for parcels with a cost over £22.

If your order is worth £150 (~€174), including shipping cost, customs will bill you for £75 (~€87):

• Up to £30 (~€35) customs duties;
• Up to £33 (~€38) GST tax;
• £12 (~€14) release services.

We strongly recommend that you place an order up to £ 135 (~€155) including shipping costs.

Delivery service «DHL»:

Parcels are delivered to your nearest DHL location or post office. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Shipping cost:

• 10 EUR for orders under 200 EUR.
• FREE for orders over 200 EUR.

Delivery takes 2-8 work days, depending on your location.

Attention! Delivery times do not include the time required for customs clearance of the parcel when crossing the border.
